Our Youngest VIPs

Our Family Program is custom-designed to make our younger guests feel like VIPS too and includes tailor-made amenities for children aged 0 –12. Every child will receive take-home amenities including a plush, coloring book with games, traditional Mexican handcrafted toy, and a jute drawstring backpack. In addition, we will provide the added amenity of kids robes and slippers in their size available for use during their stay.

Activities for Kids

The new program complements the existing activities available for our smaller guests including a Kids’ Club, Kids’ Pool, tennis court, electric beach bicycle tour (height and age restrictions apply), and babysitting service available for an extra cost. The Kids’ Club offers a fun-packed variety of activities including craft making, Sandcastel building, special nightly kid’s amenity by the chef for a good night sleep, face painting, video games, and more.

Room Only: rates are based on double occupancy, are subject to change without notice and do not include taxes and/or service fees (30%). All-Inclusive rates are per person, include taxes and/or service fees (30%) and are based on the maximum room capacity. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges. Rates are based on our Radiant One Bedroom Suite . Prepayment required. You will be charged for the 35% after making your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged once you arrive at the hotel, at front desk. Guarantee deposit must be made within 24-hours of your reservation being confirmed. To ensure your booking, it is essential to confirm your deposit payment at the time you make your reservation.
Kids eat and stay free with your All-Inclusive plan. Up to two kids under 12 years old. Must be staying in the same room as their parents. Not valid from (blackout dates) March 24 to 31, 2024; July 1 to August 19, 2024; November 26 to 30, 2024; December 23, 2024 to January 3, 2025.
Complimentary basic internet service (2MB) for unlimited devices. Premium internet service (6MB) from $17USD per day (24 hours), for 4 devices.
