Please take time to read these terms and conditions governing the GarzaBlancaResort.com website. By accessing this website, you agree to accept, without limitation or criterion, all of these terms and conditions of use. The disclaimer does not apply for groups or weddings.

Rates

  • Room rates shown on the Garza Blanca Resort Los Cabos website are charged per room, per night.
  • Special Internet rates are only valid when booking through Cabo.GarzaBlancaResort.com.
  • All rates quoted in US dollars (USD) will be converted into local currency (MXP) upon settlement.
  • All rates include Tourism Levy and any other applicable government taxes.
  • Room rates and details are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.

Hotel Reservations

  • Bookings may be made online at Cabo.GarzaBlancaResort.com, through our call center, or by calling 1 877 208 0689 (US/CAN).
  • Reservations are required prior to arrival.
  • Reservations are valid only with a Guarantee Deposit.
  • Reservation inquiries are not confirmed automatically and will be replied to within 2 working days.
  • All reservations made through Garza Blanca’s official website require presentation of the same credit card used for booking and a valid government-issued ID at check-in. This measure ensures transaction security and guest protection.

Hotel + Flight Reservations

  • Garza Blanca Resort Los Cabos is only responsible for your accommodation reservation. For flight-related matters, please contact ReservHOTEL.
  • Due to airline policies, flights are considered non-refundable and non-transferable. In some cases, a voucher for future travel may be issued. To cancel, please contact your airline directly. Penalties may apply at the time of reuse. Learn more.

Check-in/Check-out

  • Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. CST.
  • Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. CST.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • All-Inclusive Kids Free promotion applies for up to 2 children sharing the same room with parents.
  • Any additional child must pay the extra child fee upon arrival.
  • Children aged 0-3 stay free on both EP and AI plans.
  • Children aged 4-12 stay free on EP plan only.
  • Early Checkout - No refunds for early departures.
  • Late Checkout - $100 USD + tax per extra hour, available until 7:00 p.m. (EP plan only).
  • Crib - No additional charge.
  • Self-Parking - Complimentary.
  • Valet Parking - Complimentary.

Guarantee Deposit Policy

  • A deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. The deposit amount may vary depending on the season (holidays and special dates may require a larger deposit or full prepayment).
  • The remaining balance will be charged at check-in.
  • Guarantee deposits must be completed within 24 hours of reservation confirmation.
  • Payment confirmation must be emailed to Garza Blanca Resort & Spa.
  • Packages and special reservations require a 50% deposit, with the balance payable upon arrival.
  • Government-issued photo ID and a valid credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidentals.

Payment

A valid credit/debit card is required at the time of booking. All payments must be made to Garza Blanca Resort Los Cabos. Credit card information will be treated confidentially. A Guarantee Deposit covering room rate, taxes, service fees, meals, and any requested extras is required to confirm your reservation.

Change, Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • Reservation changes are subject to room availability.
  • Cancellations or changes must be made at least 3 days before arrival to avoid a charge equivalent to one room night or the full stay.
  • Garza Blanca Resort Los Cabos reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the reserved nights.

Cancellation Fees by Season

  • High Season: Cancellations or changes must be made at least 14 days before arrival to avoid a charge of 2 nights.
  • Peak Season: Cancellations or changes must be made at least 45 days before arrival to avoid full stay charge.
  • Low Season: Cancellations or changes must be made at least 3 days before arrival to avoid a charge of 1 night.

Seasons

  • High Season: Selected dates typically during early year and summer months.
  • Peak Season: December 21 to January 5 (Christmas and New Year).
  • Low Season: Remainder of the year.

Minimum Stay Requirements

  • Low Season: Minimum 1 night.
  • High Season: Minimum 3 nights.
  • Peak Season: Minimum 5 nights.

Cancellations on the day of arrival or no-shows will be charged the full length of the reservation. Shortened stays will also be charged in full. Non-refundable promotions are excluded from this policy.

All-Inclusive Plan

  • Children are defined as guests under 12 years old.
  • All-Inclusive plans incur a surcharge per night for each extra child and adult.
  • Unless otherwise stated, promotional bookings are non-changeable and non-cancellable.

Hotel Facilities

Some hotel facilities are complimentary while others may incur a surcharge. Please inquire before booking to avoid misunderstandings.

The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to guest property. Safe deposit boxes are available for guest use at their own risk.

Some rooms are accessible for guests with disabilities. Please notify us in advance if you require special facilities.

Except for assistance dogs, pets are not allowed.

Restrictions

  • No pets, livestock, bedding items, heating, or cooking devices are allowed.
  • Garza Blanca Resort Los Cabos reserves the right to remove and/or confiscate any prohibited items without notice, and to charge related costs.
  • The use of drones and air cameras is prohibited in all hotel areas to ensure the privacy of guests and staff.

Guest Behavior

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner at all times. Disruptive or offensive behavior may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

Examples of inappropriate behavior include:

  • Creating excessive noise.
  • Drunken or unruly behavior.
  • Offensive conduct towards guests or staff.

If the reservation is terminated, guests must vacate immediately and will be liable for any damages. Full payment must be made before departure.

Failure to settle any damage claims may result in legal action.

No refunds will be given for lost accommodation, and additional expenses caused by termination are the guest’s responsibility.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico.

Environmental Sanitation Fee

The Environmental Sanitation Fee is a charge by the Municipality of Baja California Sur to support investment in environmental infrastructure and sustainability projects.

This mandatory fee applies to all tourists and will be collected at check-in or check-out.

The fee is 33.68 Mexican pesos per room, per night (approximately USD 1.70, depending on the exchange rate).

All funds are managed by a private trust supervised by a council of sustainability experts, private sector representatives, and authorities, ensuring proper management of resources.
