This airy Three Bedroom Loft features a split-level loft design over 2 floors with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer spectacular ocean views, where you will feel like you are immersed in paradise from every angle. With a spacious interior comprised of 3,563 square feet of living space, the layout provides open spaces full of light and luxury including designer furniture and soothing marine life-inspired textures and tones to live the ultimate beach vacation.

The first floor has a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and 49-inch flat-screen TV, as well as a full bathroom complete with a rain shower, freestanding tub, double vanity, and bidet toilet. Sliding glass doors lead to a balcony with a hammock.

Walking out of this bedroom, there is a spacious living area with a 55-inch flat-screen TV and plush couches to relax on. A full-size chef's kitchen includes state-of-the-art stainless-steel appliances such as a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, stove, and microwave. There is also a breakfast bar and a full dining area that seats up to 8 indoors as well as an outdoor dining area on the terrace.

As you walk towards the staircase that leads to the other two bedrooms, you will notice a half bathroom on the right with a door that opens to the laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and one with two queen-size beds. Each bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the ocean, an en-suite bathroom, a rain shower with a shower seat, an automated bidet toilet, and double vanity with a backlit mirror. The bedroom with a king-size bed also has a freestanding bathtub.

If there are guests staying in the Lofts or Penthouses who wish to join 2 residences to have the in-suite dinner together in one room, this can be arranged. However, the chef service will be covered as if they were two separate dinners, so the guests staying in the other residence will not be entitled to a second complimentary in-suite dinner. Only the furniture in the Loft or Penthouse where the dinner is catered can be used, so depending on the number of guests, the seating may have to be divided between the main dining room and the terrace.
