1. Room Only: rates are based on double occupancy, are subject to change without notice and do not include taxes and/or service fees (30%). All-Inclusive rates are per person, include taxes and/or service fees (30%) and are based on triple occupancy. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges. Rates are based on our Junior suite Garden View. Prepayment required. You will be charged for the 35% after making your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged once you arrive at the hotel, at front desk. Guarantee deposit must be made within 24-hours of your reservation being confirmed. To ensure your booking, it is essential to confirm your deposit payment at the time you make your reservation.
2. Valid booking from now to December 10, 2023. Travel dates: from now through December 20, 2024.
3. Resort Credit is valid for Room Only and All-Inclusive plans (as per the Resort Credit chart, per room per night). It can be used for Food and Beverage, Spa, and Hotel Services. Resort Credit cannot be used at The Shop, Hotel boutiques, or for SPA products and premium treatments. It cannot be exchanged for cash or credit card refunds. All services availed using the Resort Credit are subject to availability. Reservations using Resort Credit for restaurants and the SPA should be made upon arrival through Premium Services. All services require a 24-hour advance reservation. Resort Credit is applied to the full price of the service and cannot be combined with other promotions or packages. It does not apply to external services such as tours, third-party offerings, or outside tour operators. Resort Credit Blackout Dates: November 21-25, 2023; December 23, 2023 to January 3, 2024; February 15-19, 2024; November 24-30, 2024; December 20, 2024 to January 3, 2025.
4. Complimentary Transfer from the Airport: Offered for stays of 5 nights or longer when booking a 2-bedroom suite or any superior category.
5. Up to two kids under 12 y.o. eat and stay free when staying at the same room as their parents. Valid for All-Inclusive reservations only.
6. Complimentary Daily Breakfast: Exclusive for 'Room Only' reservations. Offered per person, per day.
7. This offer is eligible for new reservations only and is not valid for current reservations, changes to your reservations, upgrades or in the case of cancellations with the intention of reserving anew.
